    【摘要】目的：对小儿肺炎护理中针对性护理应用的价值进行分析。方法：本研究选取2021年7月—2022年3月在本院接受肺炎治疗的患儿共50例，将患儿分为对照组与实验组，实验组25例患儿接受针对性护理，对照组25例患儿接受常规性护理。对两组临床护理的总有效率、护理满意度及并发症发生情况进行分析。结果：临床护理中显效与有效人数更多的一组为实验组(P<0.05)；临床护理中十分满意与满意人数更多的一组为实验组(P<0.05)；临床护理中并发症发生情况较多的一组为对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对性护理应用在临床护理中，能够帮助肺炎患儿提升临床护理有效性，对患儿临床护理总满意度提升有重要的促进价值，能够实现对患儿并发症的改善。

    Application of targeted nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia

    【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the value of targeted nursing application in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.Methods：This study selected 50 children who received pneumonia treatment in our hospital from July 2021 to March 2022.The children were divided into the control group and the experimental group.25 patients in the experimental group received targeted nursing，and 25 patients in the control group received routine nursing.The total effective rate，nursing satisfaction and complications of clinical nursing in the two groups were analyzed.Results：The group with more significant and effective numbers in clinical nursing was the experimental group(P<0.05)；The group with more satisfied and satisfied patients in clinical nursing was the experimental group(P<0.05)；The group with more complications in clinical nursing was the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：The application of targeted nursing in clinical nursing can help improve the effectiveness of clinical nursing for children with pneumonia ......
