    【摘要】目的：在小儿腹泻护理中引入优势较大的整体护理，探究其意义和优势。方法：80例腹泻患儿，选取时间为2020年1月—2022年10月，拆分为两组，各40例，对比组与试验组分别采取常规护理与整体护理措施，现如实报道如下。结果：试验组的疗效更高(P<0.05)，其不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)，其止吐时间、止泻时间、退热时间及脱水消失时间均更短，其住院时间也更短(P<0.05)；试验组生活质量和护理质量评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论：整体护理具有较高的应用效果，其可以缩短不适症状的消失时间，也可提高临床治疗效率，也可减少临床不良反应，改善患儿及家属的生活状态，且家属对此的评价也相对较高。
