    【摘要】目的：探讨门诊心理护理与健康教育用于围绝经期妇女中的满意度。方法：选择2020年10月—2021年10月本院收治的96例围绝经期妇女为本次研究对象，随机数字表法进行分组，分为观察组及对照组，每组48例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予门诊心理护理与健康教育。比较两组患者心理状态、自护能力和护理满意度评分。结果：护理前，两组SAS与SDS评分比较差异不大(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组及对照组SAS、SDS评分与护理前相比均降低，且观察组评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组自护能力各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：门诊心理护理与健康教育用于围绝经期妇女中应用效果理想，护理满意度高，值得推广应用。
