    【摘要】目的：探讨在剖宫产术后经阴道分娩产妇中辅以全程连续性助产护理，对妊娠结局与满意度的影响。方法：试验者是2021年1月—2022年10月在医院分娩的VBAC产妇80例，以数字奇偶法均分为两组，分别运用常规护理与全程连续性助产护理，比对不同护理模式下护理指标间的差异性。结果：观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总产程时间及产时出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：以全程连续性助产护理进行干预，利于减少不良妊娠结局发生，缩短产程时间的同时，还能降低产时出血量，增加产妇对于护理工作的满意度，建议推广。

    Clinical significance of continuous midwifery nursing in the whole process in improving VBAC pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the influence of continuous midwifery nursing in the whole process on pregnancy outcome and satisfaction of women who delivered via vagina after cesarean section.Methods： The experimenters were 80 VBAC parturients who were delivered in the hospital from January 2021 to October 2022.They were divided into two groups by the digital odd even method.Routine nursing and whole process continuous midwifery nursing were used respectively to compare the differences of nursing indicators under different nursing modes.Results：The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05)； The total duration of labor and the amount of bleeding during labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)； The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion： The whole process continuous midwifery nursing intervention is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes ......
