    【摘要】目的：探析综合护理服务对老年脑梗死合并下肢深静脉血栓患者的影响。方法：于2021年4月—2022年4月期间随机选择脑梗死合并下肢深静脉血栓老年患者展开研究，共计70例，随机分为对照组与研究组，每组各纳入35例。两组分别开展常规护理和综合护理服务。从下肢深静脉血栓发生情况、生活质量以及患者满意度情况分析不同护理模式的应用价值。结果：研究组下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05)；护理后，研究组的生活质量评分以及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理服务在老年脑梗死合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用价值显著，可有效防范下肢深静脉血栓发生，使患者生活质量与护理满意度得以提升。
