    【摘要】目的：分析舒适护理在老年慢阻肺护理中的应用效果。方法：将我院2021年5月—2022年5月收治的82例慢阻肺老年患者按随机排列表法分成两个组别，实际有效调查人数为常规组(行常规护理)40例与舒适组(行舒适护理)42例，比较两组患者的康复情况与生活质量。结果：舒适组与常规组的并发症发生率分别是4.76%与20.00%，复发率分别是9.52%与32.50%，舒适组患者的并发症发生率、复发率以及住院时间均低于常规组(P<0.05)；护理前，两组患者的物质生活状态、躯体功能、社会功能与心理功能评分无明显差异(P>0.05)；护理后，舒适组患者这四个方面的生活质量评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：对老年慢阻肺患者行舒适护理，能够提升患者的舒适度，改善患者的康复情况与生活质量，适合广泛应用。

    Application of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema.
