    【摘要】目的：探讨人性化服务用于社区门诊输液护理中的效果。方法：从2022年1月—2022年10月社区门诊接受静脉输液的患者中选取100例患者，随机分为两组，每组50例。对照组中患者在静脉输液治疗时实施常规护理，研究组中患者在静脉输液治疗时实施人性化护理。对比两组各项指标如治疗依从性、穿刺成功率、穿刺时间及不良事件发生率。结果：关于治疗依从性的数据显示，研究组总依从率为94.00%，对照组则为78.00%，对比结果为研究组更高(P<0.05)。在穿刺成功率方面对比，研究组比对照组高，而在穿刺时间方面对比，研究组比对照组短(P<0.05)。对照组不良事件总发生率比研究组高(P<0.05)。结论：在患者静脉输液治疗期间，人性化护理措施落实后可提高患者对于静脉输液的治疗依从性，有利于提高静脉穿刺效率和成功率，减少输液不良事件发生。
