    【摘要】目的：探究急诊护理在肿瘤合并急性上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法：将近两年(2020年11月—2022年10月)本医院急诊收治的肿瘤合并急性上消化道出血患者，选取52例进行系统抽样并随机分组。其中探究组采用急诊护理，参照组采用基础护理，对比两组止血效果以及护理满意度等护理效果指标。结果：两组患者入组前各项指标无显著差异(P>0.05)，而经过两种不同模式的护理后，探究组患者止血成功时间较参照组更短，探究组患者HAMA焦虑评分与HAMD抑郁评分较参照组更低，探究组患者对于护理的依从度(92.31%)与综合满意度(88.46%)比参照组(80.77%与73.08%)更高(P<0.05)，表示探究组患者止血效果更好，心理状态更佳，满意度更高。结论：急诊护理在肿瘤合并急性上消化道出血患者中的应用效果显著，能够积极影响患者的止血效果，且提升患者的心理状态，改善焦虑与抑郁程度，满意度也更高，值得广泛应用。
