    【摘要】目的：观察手术室护理中实施精细化管理的方法与干预效果。方法：共计选取110例研究对象，均为我院接收的手术治疗患者，时间节点为2020年1月—2022年9月。遵循随机抽签分组法分为传统组与研究组，每组55例，传统组实施传统手术室管理干预，研究组实施精细化管理干预。分析两组干预前和干预后的负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分、时间指标与干预满意率的差异性。结果：干预前，两组的负性情绪评分与睡眠質量评分比较差异无意义(P>0.05)。干预后，研究组的负性情绪评分与睡眠质量评分均低于传统组(P<0.05)；研究组的时间指标短于传统组(P<0.05)；研究组的干预满意率高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论：将精细化管理干预运用在手术治疗患者服务中，可缓解患者负性情绪，维持较好睡眠质量，提高干预满意率，值得借鉴。
