    【摘要】目的：探讨无缝隙护理管理模式在ICU患者安全转出的效果。方法：选择60例ICU患者为研究对象，根据护理管理模式分组，每组30例。对照组采取常规护理管理模式，观察组采取无缝隙护理管理模式。结果：观察组ICU的转出情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组工作积极性评分与GSES评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：ICU患者采用无缝隙护理管理模式的作用显著，可使患者安全转出，显著改善护理人员的工作积极性，有效减轻工作压力，明显提高护理满意度。
