    【摘要】目的：探究门诊注射室护理安全管理的应用价值，以有效防范护理安全隐患。方法：随机选取我院门诊注射室工作人员10名作为研究对象，2021年8月—2022年1月期间采用常规医疗服务模式(命名为对照组)，收治患者46例；2022年2月—2022年8月期间采用护理安全管理模式(命名为实验组)，收治患者46例。对比不同模式下护理管理质量评分、患者护理管理满意度与不良事件发生率。结果：实验组环境护理评分、基础输液护理评分、用药护理评分与消毒隔离护理评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)；实验组护理管理满意度(97.83%，45/46)比对照组(82.61%，38/46)高(P<0.05)；实验组不良事件发生率(4.35%，2/46)明显低于对照组(17.39%，8/46)(P<0.05)。结论：合理运用护理安全管理可有效防范门诊注射室护理工作的安全隐患，在满足就诊患者需求的同时提高护理管理质量，降低不良事件发生率，值得推广。
