    【摘要】目的：观察分析人性化护理模式在艾滋病患者临床护理过程中的应用效果。方法：将2021年10月—2022年10月纳入的艾滋病患者54例作为护理对象，通过简单随机抽样方法，将54例艾滋病患者随机纳入参照组(予以普通护理模式)与试验组(予以人性化护理模式)，两组分别27例。结果：护理后，试验组汉密尔顿抑郁/焦虑量表(HAMD/HAMA)评估得分与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估得分低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组患者对临床护理模式的应用满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过人性化护理干预，可以减轻艾滋病患者不良情绪，使其获得良好睡眠，提高患者对临床服务的满意度，实现护理质量改进，具有广泛的应用价值。
