    【摘要】目的：分析老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者接受早期康复护理干预后的相关效果。方法：平均将76例老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者分为参照组与实验组，各38例，对比了解两组负性情绪、生活质量、吞咽功能和护理满意度。结果：护理后，实验组SAS与SDS评分分别为(41.37±4.22)分与(44.84±4.67)分，SSA评分与生活质量评分分别为(21.28±3.95)分与(75.25±4.62)分，护理满意度为100.00%，上述指标均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：早期康复护理干预对于改善老年吞咽障碍患者吞咽困难情况，减轻患者因功能障碍产生的负性情绪有积极作用，能够有效促进患者生活质量的提升。
