    【摘要】目的：探讨医生指导下糖尿病患者自我管理模式的效果评价。方法：选取门诊接诊的糖尿病患者110例，分为两组，对照组应用常规健康教育干预，研究组应用医生指导下自我管理模式干预。结果：与对照组相比，研究组患者的自我管理能力评分更高(P<0.05)、干预后的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖明显更低(P<0.05)、干预后的生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论：医生指导下糖尿病患者自我管理模式的干预效果更加显著，可以明显提高患者的自我管理能力，改善血糖水平，提高整体生活质量，值得推广。
