    【摘要】目的：分析玉屏风颗粒联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院2020年10月—2022年10月的82例过敏性鼻炎患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组服用氯雷他定，观察组联用玉屏风颗粒。结果：观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)，治疗后，两组的鼻痒、打喷嚏、鼻塞和流鼻涕症状评分对比均明显降低(P0.05)，治疗后，两组的鼻腔纤毛运动速率和鼻腔通气面积均明显升高(P0.05).
