    【摘要】目的：分析慢性疾病轨迹模式护理对白血病患者的护理效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的70例白血病患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取慢性疾病轨迹模式护理。结果：护理前，两组的沟通能力、个人强度、抗压能力、愉悦度以及情绪控制力评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组的沟通能力、个人强度、抗压能力、愉悦度以及情绪控制力评分均明显升高(P0.05)，护理后，两组的精神或心理维度、生理功能维度、治疗影响维度及社会关系维度评分明显降低(P0.05).
