    【摘要】目的：分析手足口病的流行病学特征与预防控制措施。方法：从2022年1月—2023年1月本县各医疗卫生机构上报的传染病信息中获取60例手足口病患儿病例资料，统计分析手足口病的流行病学特征，并通过相关研究文献资料、专题会议及函询研究专家等方式来制定预防措施。结果：分析发现，男患儿发病率高于女患儿，发病年龄在3岁以下居多，病原学特征为柯萨奇病毒A6型、肠道病毒71型居多，临床表现主要为手足疹，主要传播途径多为呼吸传播及接触传播，地区分布主要集中在农村地区，发病季节主要多为夏季、春季。结论：对手足口病的流行病学特征进行分析，并采取积极的预防、控制措施，能有效治疗患儿及避免手足口病大范围传播。
