    【摘要】目的：分析宫颈病变与TCT、高危型HPV感染的相关性。方法：选择我院2021年11月—2022年10月纳入的宫颈门诊患者作为观察对象，60例患者均采取TCT检查及HPV检查，对检查结果展开分析。结果：TCT及HPV检查均能分析宫颈病变情况，随着宫颈病变严重，HPV阳性人数增加，TCT则是ASC-US及以上指标增加，病变与两者数值有正相关的关系。结论：宫颈癌临床诊断中，高危型HPV感染率高则宫颈病变严重，宫颈病变与TCT及HPV检查结果呈现正相关，还需及时检查病变及预防病变。
