    【摘要】目的：分析血液标本临床检验不合格的原因，并提出提升标本合格率的对策。方法：选择我院2020年8月—2022年8月纳入的血常规检查者作为观察对象，对采集的标本不合格的原因进行分析，根据不合格的原因提出对策，达到提升血液检验质量的目的。结果：自研究结果上看，60例血常规检验者的标本中，不合格标本量为10例，样本不合格的原因包括样本量少、标本凝固、送检不及时、采集不规范、标本污染、抗凝不全及信息不完整。结论：血液检验标本是否合格对检验结果产生巨大的影响，若血液标本不合格将影响医生对病情的判断，延误患者疾病治疗。还需提升血液标本检查的合格率，为临床诊断及治疗疾病提供支持。
