    【摘要】目的：探究新生儿先天性大疱表皮松解症中优质护理的效果。方法：选取1例我院收治的先天性大疱表皮松解症新生儿为研究对象，对其实施优质护理，并分析优质护理的效果。结果：在无其他因素的干扰下，该患儿入院经过科学有效的优质护理干预后，出院时患儿于温箱中，未吸氧下，呼吸不促，无吐沫，口唇红润，无呕吐、腹胀，大小便通畅，整体情况较好。结论：优质护理的效果显著，能够进一步优化护理质量，有效改善患儿病症，同时增强患儿家长的健康意识，使护理达到理想的效果，进而巩固临床治疗效果，保障患儿得到理想的治疗结局，值得推广。
