    【摘要】目的：分析高龄急性胆囊炎合并结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊手术后的护理效果。方法：选取本院于2020年1月—2021年9月接收治疗的患者进行研究。结果：患者在护理后康复效果较高。结论：护理干预能够改善患者的各项指标。

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis complicated with stones after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods： The patients treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected for the study.Results： The rehabilitation effect of patients after nursing is high.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can improve the indexes of patients.

    急性胆囊炎并结石发病率高，发病后病情发展快，因此需要对患者采取手术治疗，当前，腹腔镜胆囊手术已经成为临床中常见的手术方式之一，能够帮助改善患者的临床症状，切除病变部位，治疗效果明显[1-2]。但对于高龄患者来讲，由于患者年龄相对较大，因此在治疗期间可能由于免疫力低下等多种原因导致并发症发生 ......
