    【摘要】目的：研究孕早中期孕妇联合应用产前筛查与产前诊断，对于预防出生缺陷的实用价值。方法：运用回顾分析的形式，随机抽样长沙县妇幼保健院2021年1月—2022年12月孕妇26455人为研究样本，在孕早中期给所有孕妇实施产前筛查与产前诊断，分析对出生缺陷的预防情况与诊断情况。结果：26455人孕妇中，唐氏筛查显示高风险2362例，超声诊断的软指标为阳性4252例，予以联合检测有1890例为阳性、24565例为阴性。 联合检测对于出生缺陷相关诊断符合率维持100.00%。结论：在孕早中期给孕妇实施产前筛查联合产前诊断，能够提升对于新生儿出生缺陷的诊断效率，落实优生与优育。
