    【摘要】目的：分析产后综合康复护理干预对产妇的护理效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2022年3月的120例产妇，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取产后综合康复护理干预。结果：观察组的痔疮、乳房胀痛、肌肉酸麻、子宫复旧不良、产后出血和排尿障碍发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)，护理后，两组产妇照顾婴儿的能力、适应母亲角色的能力、喂养婴儿的能力及角色的幸福感评分均明显升高(P0.05) in the ability of the two groups of mothers to take care of the baby， adapt to the mothers role， feed the baby， and score happiness in the role.
