    【摘要】近年来，随着抗生素、免疫抑制剂的广泛应用，放射医学的发展以及各种插管导管技术的临床使用，真菌性尿路感染的发病率呈上升趋势。随着科学技术的不断进步与发展，特别是质谱技术与NGS，血清学实验、分子诊断等技术的应用，越来越多的少见真菌被发现。而长期大量抗真菌药物的使用暴露，使得超级真菌也被不断报道。故真菌性尿路感染病原诊断、临床分布、耐药机制等对于真菌尿路感染的治疗尤为重要。
