    【摘要】甘南位于青藏高原的边缘平均海拔在3000m左右，空气中含氧量低，紫外线强，大多数的高原居民长期具有不良的饮食习惯，如常吃酸辣等刺激性食物，缺乏新鲜水果和蔬菜，导致体内严重缺乏各种维生素，再加上嗜好烟酒，因而胃癌的发病率较高。根据胃癌发病的相关资料的研究报道，高原居民胃癌发病年龄多在50～60岁之间比平原居民胃癌发病年龄65～75岁之间提前10年左右。胃癌是危害高原人民健康的常见最恶性肿瘤，如何帮助胃癌患者术后更好的护理，减少患者的痛苦，使我们每位医护人员不断探索和创新的主要工作，本文从胃癌患者术后护理方法以及注意事项进行论述，为今后癌症患者的护理提供一定的参考价值。
