    【摘要】目的：探讨并分析综合护理与健康宣教对脑卒中患者神经功能康复与生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2021年10月—2022年12月期间的88例脑卒中患者为本次研究对象。并采取计算机表法对其进行研究，分为研究组和对照组，每组44例患者，对照组脑卒中患者采取常规护理干预，研究组患者采取综合护理干预与健康宣教。结果：护理后，研究组脑卒中患者的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)显著低于对照组，代表研究组患者的神经功能康复效果较好，并且研究组患者的躯体功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能以及精神健康等方面评分均显著高于对照组，组间存在差异。结论：将综合护理干预与健康宣教用于脑卒中患者中，能够有效促进患者的神经功能康复，有助于患者生活质量的提升，值得在目前临床中推广应用。
