    【摘要】目的：分析健康管理对社区慢阻肺患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2020年1月—2022年1月的118例社区慢阻肺患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取常规的用药治疗，观察组联合采取健康管理，共干预1年。结果：干预前，两组的FEV1/FVC、VCmax、MVV和FEV1%预期值差异不明显(P>0.05)，干预后，两组患者上述指标数据均增长，且观察组的上述相关指标数据高于对照组 (P0.05)，干预后，两组的胸闷、咳嗽、家务、咳痰、外出、睡眠、精力、爬楼评分和CAT总分均明显降低(P0.05)， after the intervention， the data of the above indicators increased in both groups， and the data of the above related indicators were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P0.05).
