    【摘要】目的：观察分析整形外科对面部外伤急诊修复的疗效。方法：经伦理委员会的批准后，自2021年1月—2022年1月时间段门诊收治病例中共抽取80例面部外伤急诊进行修复治疗的患者开展调查，分析其疗效。结果：80例患者接受急诊修复治疗后，创面均达到I期愈合，在恢复期间未见血肿、感染、皮瓣坏死等并发症；面部形态与各功能均恢复正常；术区未见瘢痕增生，面部器官也未发生牵拉变形问题，缝合处未见显眼的萎缩或凹陷。电话随访中无患者表示不满意，48例表示满意，32例表示较满意，总满意度达到100.00%。结论：在各种各样创伤性事故中，面部受创的可能性较高，五官皆可能受到波及而存在外伤，整形外科对此类患者实施急诊修复后的创面愈合效果较佳，且并发症极少，整体治疗工作获得患者较大好评。
