    【摘要】目的：探究在免疫检验工作中实施免疫检验分析质量控制，对实际工作产生的影响及作用。方法：从2021年1月—2022年9月我院收治的实施免疫检验患者中随机抽取86例作为研究对象，根据检验方法的不同分为对照组(常规免疫检验，43例)与观察组(质量控制下实施免疫检验，43例)，比较两组免疫指标变化及检验准确率。结果：观察组质控后甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原、肿瘤标志物及血清胰岛素均低于对照组，差异具备显著性(P0.05)。结论：在免疫检验工作中，实施有效质量控制措施，有助于改善临床免疫检验指标，提升检验结果准确率，值得推广。
