    【摘要】麻疹在儿科临床中是一种常见的急性呼吸道传染性疾病，具有极高传染性，集中流行于人口密度大且未普及预防疫苗的地区。近年来，虽然全球麻疹患病概率逐渐降低，但仍然未实现全面消除的目的，尤其在我国麻疹疫情的稳定性相对较差，各省麻疹疫情状况也存在着一定差异性。鉴于此，有必要积极探索与了解麻疹流行特征、发病的影响因素，为后期有效科学控制与消除麻疹疫情提供重要理论支持。本文逐一列出麻疹流行特征及其发病的影响因素，并对麻疹流行特征及其发病的影响因素的研究进展进行综述。
