    【摘要】目的：分析天麻钩藤饮加减方联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的效果。方法：选择我院2021年1月—2022年1月高血压患者共70例，数字表随机分两组，每组35例，对照组的患者给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察组在该基础上增加天麻钩藤饮加减方。比较两组血压恢复时间、治疗前后患者的血压、内皮素-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白介素-6、总有效率和不良反应。结果：观察组血压恢复时间短于对照组，治疗后患者血压、内皮素-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白介素-6低于对照组，总有效率高于对照组(P0.05)。結论：硝苯地平缓释片联合天麻钩藤饮加减方对于高血压的治疗效果确切。
