    【摘要】目的：探讨小儿百日咳10例临床特征分析。方法：抽取我院2022年6月—2022年11月，4个月～12岁百日咳的患儿10例进行分析，根据临床患儿的特点进行分析，对百日咳的临床特征进行了解，降低误诊的发生率。结果：经过系统的临床特征分析，发现阵发性痉挛性咳嗽的症状最多，同时患儿会表现出面部潮红、口唇发绀或者表现肺部的特征，严重的会导致重症肺炎的发生。结论：对于小儿百日咳应该加强临床特征的辨别，医生应该掌握临床特征的相应特点，对于百日咳做好临床诊断分析，提高临床治疗效果。
