    【摘要】目的：探讨“互联网+护理服务”模式在母婴居家延续护理中的构建及应用效果。方法：我院于2020年构建了“互联网+护理服务”模式，在实施该模式过程中组建护理团队，开展相关培训考核及准备工作，明确了服务内容及流程，为出院后母婴提供居家延续护理。结果：2020年8月—2022年6月共開展了84例母婴居家延续护理，母婴护理效果满意度达到了100%，无不良事件发生，同时也有效提升了护士的价值感与成就感。结论：“互联网+护理服务”模式的运行帮助母婴足不出户即可享受医院同质化护理服务，提高了产妇的满意度，值得深入研究和推广，但还需要进一步完善，解决实践中碰到的问题。
