    【摘要】目的：探讨妇产科护理中存在的问题分析及预防护理对策。方法：对我院妇产科护理工作中的相关问题进行分析，制定相关预防护理对策。结果：常见护理问题有护理人员自身问题、沟通能力及风险意识的缺乏等，制定的护理对策有加强培训学习、提高法律意识以及制定护理制度等。结论：妇产科护理中会有一定的护理问题发生，制定预防性的护理干预对策后能够保证护理安全，提高整体的护理质量。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the analysis of problems in obstetrics and gynecology nursing and preventive nursing strategies.
