    【摘要】目的：研究MR在肩关节损伤中的诊断价值。方法：我院疑似肩关节损伤患者中随机抽取60例，均进行MR检查，根据检查结果进行诊断，并对比最终确诊结果回顾性分析MR诊断价值。结果：MR检查检出准确率96.67%(58/60)，敏感度96.49%(55/57)，特异度100%(3/3)。MR检出肩袖损伤36例(63.16%)，盂唇撕裂1例(1.75%)，撞击综合征18例(24.56%)，和最终确诊结果[肩袖损伤37例(64.91%)，盂唇撕裂2例(3.51%)，撞击综合征18例(24.56%)]对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：通过MR检查诊断肩关节损伤疾病更有利于提高检出准确率，能够为疾病诊断提供可靠依据，提高诊断敏感度以及特异度，具有较高应用价值。
