    【摘要】目的：分析B超對颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的诊断准确性和临床价值。方法：选择2021年11月—2022年11月期间在本院被确诊为颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的50例患者，设为研究组；选择同时间段在本院进行健康体检的50例健康受检者，设为对照组。全部给予B超检查并对比两组研究对象的颈动脉回声强度、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、斑块面积、颈动脉内斑块分布。此外，以经颅多普勒检查结果为标准，试将B超对斑块类型、颈动脉狭窄程度的检查结果与其对照，计算B超的诊断准确率。结果：研究组的颈动脉回声强度比对照组高，颈动脉内膜中层厚度比对照组厚，斑块面积比对照组大，颈内动脉、颈外动脉、颈总动脉及分支中的斑块分布率比对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。与经颅多普勒相比，B超的诊断准确率为96%(48/50)。结论：B超可以通过回声强度、颈动脉内膜中层厚度等参数实现对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块类型、分布以及颈动脉狭窄闭塞程度的准确诊断，与经颅多普勒影相比其临床价值同样非常显著。
