    【摘要】消化道恶性肿瘤治疗通常需要通过手术方式达到更加精准、更加直接的治疗效果。消化道恶性肿瘤发病后，手术治疗会影响患者的营养供给状况。尤其是早期肠内营养支持，对于消化道恶性肿瘤患者来说非常关键。营养支持不仅强调要保证肠内营养的正常供给，还应当结合患者恶性肿瘤的严重程度以及术后恢复情况，同步做好相关护理工作。以便确保恶性肿瘤患者在术后恢复期保持稳定的生命体征状态，保持良好的营养供给状态。其个人的免疫系统功能也应当通过针对性的护理达到更好的状态。并发症的发生率会由于护理工作得到免疫系统功能相对比较稳定而有所减低。本文主要针对消化道恶性肿瘤营养支持和相关护理工作的落实进行综述分析。
