    【摘要】目的：分析2020—2022年某社区两癌筛查结果。方法：将2020年1月—2022年12月某社区参与两癌筛查的居民纳入本研究，纳入人数为1755例。对入选居民均行两癌筛查，并针对纳入对象的两癌筛查结果进行分析。结果：1755例女性居民共检出宫颈疾病290例，检出率为16.52%，其中慢性子宫炎性疾病检出率为14.36%，子宫肌瘤检出率为1.48%，细菌性阴道炎为0.68%；1755例女性居民共检出乳腺疾病351例，检出率为20.00%，其中乳腺纤维瘤检出例数为219例，检出率为12.48%，乳腺增生检出人数为113例，检出率为6.44%，浆细胞性乳腺炎检出人数为18例，检出率为1.03%，乳腺导管内乳头状瘤检出例数为1例，检出率为0.06%。结论：某社区乳腺疾病与宫颈疾病检出率较高，需要社区高度重视女性生殖健康问题，制定有效的健康宣教等预防方案，定期开展两癌筛查，降低两癌发病风险。
