    【摘要】目的：分析在原发性肝癌肝切除术后使用复方苦参注射液对预防疾病复发的效果。方法：选取2019年1月—2020年1月期间在我院接受肝切除治疗的原发性肝癌患者100例，以盲分法将其平均分成参照组(术后采取常规治疗)和观察组(术后常规治疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗)，进行为期2年的随访，对两组患者的复发率及存活率进行比较。结果：术后6个月及12个月时两组复发率对比无明显差异，不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)；术后24个月，观察组患者复发率比参照组患者低(P0.05)。结论：原发性肝癌患者在肝切除术后使用复方苦参注射液进行治疗可降低患者术后24个月内的复发率。
