    【摘要】我国在进入21世纪后其经济水平得到空前的发展，此过程下伴随着人口的集中和城镇化进程，导致突发公共卫生事件造成的破坏力和影响力不同以往。在此背景下，对医院后勤保障系统应对突发公共卫生安全事件的能力提出了更高的要求。公立医院作为人民健康的守护者，在应对突发公共卫生安全事件中承担着艰巨任务，并且在应对过程中也暴露出许多矛盾。因此，医院后勤保障系统及医院的管理者必须宏观上重视应对公共卫生安全事件，增强医院后勤保障系统的应急机制建设，做好提前规划、应对各类不确定的突发公共卫生事件的准备，切实保障公共卫生的安全。
