    【摘要】目的：探讨糖尿病合并高血压经硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗的临床效果。方法：2021年6月—2023年6月作为抽取糖尿病合并高血压病例的时间，50例患者全部由本院提供，依照双盲法完成分组，25例命名为对照组并在治疗时予以硝苯地平，25例命名为研究组并在治疗时予以硝苯地平+厄贝沙坦，评比两组在血压、血糖水平改善情況、不良反应发生情况的差异。结果：未在两组治疗前FGB、2hPBG见到差异，组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后相比，研究组FGB、2hPBG均低于对照组，组间差异显著(P0.05)。结论：选择硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗糖尿病合并高血压有利于控制和维持血糖、血压水平稳定，安全可行，值得临床采纳和全面推广。
