    【摘要】目的：探究在接受腰硬-联合麻醉的中老年患者髋关节置换术中，小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因的应用效果。方法：研究对象为2021年8月—2022年8月在医院接受腰硬联合麻醉下的髋关节置换术治疗的88例中老年患者，随机分为对照组(应用罗哌卡因)和研究组(小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因)，各44例，观察两种麻醉方案的效果。结果：研究组麻醉优良率高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因在腰硬联合麻醉下的中老年髋关节置换术中麻醉优良率高，对血流动力学影响小，无明显不良反应，可推荐应用。
