    【摘要】目的：通过对80例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者实施护理来促进其顺利完成相关治疗，减少其治疗期间并发症，改善其生活质量。方法：选取2020年12月—2022年12月在本院接受治疗的80例T2DM患者作为干预对象，对其实施用药干预、T2DM自我控糖宣教、降血糖饮食干预、运动指导等护理，评估宣教成效以及护理效果。结果：80例干预对象修订版糖尿病特异性生活质量量表(A-DQOL)评分达到(88.46±4.73)分，干预期间并发症总发生率控制在2.50%。结论：围绕T2DM患者需求，从知识宣教、饮食调护、用药干预等方面给予针对性且全面的干预，能够减少T2DM相关并发症的产生，促进其生存质量得以提升。

    【Abstract】Objective：To improve the quality of life of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and reduce the complications during treatment.
