    【摘要】《儿科护理学》是护理学专业一门重要的专业核心课程，具有极强的理论性和实践性。随着护理学科的发展，儿科护士工作者也被赋予更多元化的角色。但由于课程自身内容繁多，兼之课时较少，使得传统的教学模式不能培养出以社会需求为目的的人才。因此，本课程将基于传统教学模式，以OBE教学理念为指导，以成果为目标导向，从课程目标、课程教学、评价考核等三方面进行改革和探索，为同类课程教学方式方法提供借鉴经验，以期提高教育教学质量。
