    【摘要】目的：研究产褥感染的病因、临床特点、诊断及治疗方案。方法：报告我院收治的1例阴道分娩后产褥感染致盆腔脓肿的临床资料。检索国内外产褥感染的相关文献，分析产褥感染的临床特点、病因及治疗等。结果：病例资料：患者主因产后15d，发热12d，腹痛1d入院。住院后更换抗生素，仍有高热、不全肠梗阻、电解质紊乱等症状。充分评估后行手术治疗，术后痊愈出院。文献复习：检索相关文献，分析产褥感染的病因、临床特点、诊断及治疗方案。结论：产褥感染导致的女性盆腔脓肿在抗菌药物治疗效果不佳时，进一步的手术治疗十分必要和有效。
