    【摘要】近年来，术中自体血回输技术已逐渐成熟，广泛应用于心脏、肝脏、骨科、创伤等大型手术，取得了良好的效果。关于恶性肿瘤患者能否使用术中自体血液，目前仍存在许多争议。本文就近年来关于肿瘤患者术中自体血回输的研究进展做一续述。

    【Abstract】In recent years，the intraoperative autotransfusion technology has gradually matured，and has been widely used in large operations such as heart，liver，orthopedics and trauma，and has achieved good results.There are still many disputes about whether patients with malignant tumors can use intraoperative autologous blood.This article will continue to review the research progress of intraoperative autotransfusion in tumor patients in recent years.
