    【摘要】目的：整理1例羊膜腔穿刺引产伴镜像综合征并发心衰患者的护理流程与结果。方法：整理本院1例羊膜腔穿刺引产伴镜像综合征并发心衰患者的护理方案与结果。结果：患者入院10d后顺利恢复出院，且未见其它并发症。结论：在羊膜腔穿刺引产伴镜像综合征患者的护理中，应当针对其出现的症状与诱发原因进行针对性的护理，同时予以心理支持，以降低风险，促进患者愈合转归。
