    【摘要】目的：研究HPV分型检测在宫颈癌或癌前病变筛查中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2018年4月—2023年3月间38例诊断意义不明的不典型鳞状细胞以上病变的病例，所有患者均进行HPV分型检测以及阴道镜下多点取材活检，以病理活检作为诊断宫颈癌或癌前病变的金标准，分析HPV分型检测在宫颈癌或癌前病变筛查中的应用效果。结果：与病理诊断结果对比发现，HPV分型检测的真阳性为25例，检出率为65.79%；灵敏度为92.59%，特异度为27.27%，假阴性率为7.41%，假阳性率为72.73%，诊断符合率为73.68%，阳性预测值为75.76%，阴性预测值为60.00%；HPV16型感染患者数为19例，和宫颈癌及癌前病变关系最为密切。结论：HPV分型检测对宫颈癌或癌前病变筛查而言，具有很好的临床推广和应用价值。
