    【摘要】目的：分析探讨尿液检查在临床疾病确诊及治疗过程中的作用。方法：将我院2020年6月—2022年2月期间收治的200例尿液检查的患者作为研究对象，统计分析对检验报告及疾病确诊治疗。结果：200例入选患者均为蛋白尿，检查沉渣镜检结果显示：多细胞86例，少细胞63例及特殊类型51例；诊断中显示原发性肾小球增殖病变88.37%(76/86)，继发性增殖性肾小球病变79.37%(50/63)，肾小管病变39.21%(20/51)。讨论：尿液检查在肾病的诊断中具有较高的指示准确率，能够为肾病的确诊提供简便可靠的依据，同时，尿液检查还可提高无症状病人的诊断可靠性，为肾脏疾病的筛查提供重要的参考，此外，尿液检查还可以应用于健康体检，以期对肾脏疾病进行早期筛查，这些应用均能有效降低重复率，提高诊断效率，为肾病的治疗和预防提供更好的保障。
