    【摘要】本文總结了1例胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤肝转移患者行肝移植术的围手术期血糖管理的经验。护理要点包括：在常规肝移植术围术期护理策略的基础上，严密监测患者血糖，及时调整药物纠正血糖波动；加强患者饮食指导，配合和完善血糖控制；辅助青春叛逆期患者与家属建立良好的交流方式，经过精心治疗和护理，患者术后25d出院，随访1个月，恢复良好。
